Dear Friend,
I’ve never been in your shoes, but I’ve met people like you. They’ve told me about what it’s like to be where you are, think what you think, and feel what you feel. You feel stuck, like you’re in a box that no one can get into and you can’t get out of. It’s only going to get worse, and this will be the rest of your life. At least, that’s what the voices in your head tell you. The voices say, “You’re worthless, you’ll never be good enough, it would be better if you weren’t here.”
Prayer is the best solution when we are at our deepest moment. God is the light when we are in darkness.

It’s the double P – prayer and pills – by personal experience of 31 years I can tell you must have both or you may commit suicide even as Christian

When we are depressed, asking help from other Christians to pray for us is really effective. God is amazing. He works behind the scene to free us from bondage and to bring us into light.
